Using Communiverse

Common Folk Group, Inc. operates Communiverse, a place to discover artists, artisans, their work and community activities. Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, submit harmful code, spam the service or interfere with its operation. The service is not directed at people under 18.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Access can be limited where necessary to protect people or the service. Account and sign-in options may depend on the availability of the relevant provider.

Your content and the report process

Submit only content you have the right to share. You remain responsible for your submissions. The proposed permission for Communiverse to host and display submissions is limited to operating the service and is subject to legal review. Use the report control or email hello@communiverseclubs.com to raise concerns about accuracy, copyright, offensive content or spam. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. We may review, restrict or remove content under applicable law and the final reviewed terms.

Artist content and intellectual property

Artists and other rights holders retain their rights in artwork, photographs, writing and other material. Browsing a work does not grant a right to reproduce, commercially use or train systems on it. Request permission from the relevant rights holder. Artist details, availability and descriptions may change.

Enquiries, events and bookings

Sending an enquiry or RSVP does not confirm a booking, ticket, commission, price or availability. Arrangements are confirmed separately with the relevant team, artist or organizer. External event listings and links remain subject to the organizer's terms. No checkout or payment agreement is created by submitting these forms.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide accurate information and reliable access, but availability and third-party information can change. The final terms must set out lawful warranties, liability limits and exceptions.
