Privacy Policy
This draft describes Communiverse and the information used to run it. It is structured for review under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the GDPR where applicable, and Colombia Law 1581 of 2012. The applicable bases, transfer arrangements and unresolved retention periods require legal review.
Who we are
Common Folk Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates Communiverse. Contact hello@communiverseclubs.com about privacy, requests or this draft. Registered address: [To be confirmed].
What we collect
Enquiries can include your name, email, company or team, team size, preferred date, office location, workshop choice and notes. Event RSVPs include contact details and the chosen event. Accounts can contain contact and profile details, authentication records, saved works, follows, club membership and content you submit. Reports contain the reported entry and your reason or details. Technical records can include request times, IP-based abuse controls, browser information and delivery failures. Messages sent to the site assistant can contain information you choose to include.
Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, handle RSVPs, provide requested account and community features, deliver service messages, review reports, and protect the service. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it. Other proposed grounds include steps you request before an agreement, providing a service, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as security. The final basis for each activity must be confirmed by legal review. Contacting us does not enroll you in marketing.
Who receives information
Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure, application database, key-value and object storage, security services and email delivery. Supabase supports the existing third-party sign-in integrations. Google or LinkedIn receives information when you choose its sign-in option. Authorized Communiverse staff receive enquiries and relevant operational information. Public profile, artwork, club and contribution fields you publish may be visible to other visitors. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to respond to a lawful request.
International processing
Infrastructure and sign-in providers may process information outside your country. The applicable locations, safeguards and any required authorization for international transfers must be confirmed in the final policy. Contact hello@communiverseclubs.com for information about a particular transfer.
Retention
The current enquiry and RSVP receipt records and delivery retry records use a 90-day retention window. Notification content is cleared from the delivery job when delivery completes; receipt metadata remains until expiry. Browser sign-in cookies can last up to 90 days, subject to session validity. Account, published content, moderation records, technical logs and backup retention: [Periods and deletion procedures to be confirmed]. These periods are not a promise that every downstream email copy is deleted automatically.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion or restriction of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also raise a concern with the relevant supervisory authority. Write to hello@communiverseclubs.com; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions. Response procedures and jurisdiction-specific time limits require legal review.
Cookies and browser storage
Our source inventory identifies necessary sign-in, recovery and OAuth state cookies, plus browser storage for onboarding choices, returning to a club, draft club forms, and assistant conversation or planning state. Club drafts remain until successful submission or browser removal; onboarding and assistant session state normally lasts for the browser session. The club return marker expires after 30 minutes. Cloudflare security challenges can use necessary security storage. No analytics or marketing trackers are introduced by these changes, and none were identified in the inventoried Communiverse application scripts. External sites have their own policies.
You can remove site storage through your browser. This may sign you out or remove unsent drafts. We will seek consent before enabling non-essential tracking.
Children
The service is not directed at people under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@communiverseclubs.com so it can be reviewed.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be described on this page with an effective date once reviewed. Questions and requests: hello@communiverseclubs.com.
